Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Account Holder") and tvtoto (hereinafter "tvtoto", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://tvtoto.click and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces.

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or placing any wager through the tvtoto platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the tvtoto website, mobile interface, and all associated digital services accessible at https://tvtoto.click.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by an individual player on the Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total of real-money funds held within a Player's Account at any given time, excluding pending bonuses that have not yet met wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other non-cash incentives credited to an Account by tvtoto under specific promotional terms.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification — the process by which tvtoto verifies the identity of a player using government-issued identification documents, such as a Malaysian IC (MyKad) or passport.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be converted to real-money and withdrawn.
• "MYR" or "RM" refers to Malaysian Ringgit, the primary transactional currency of the Platform.
• "Prohibited Territory" refers to any jurisdiction in which access to or participation in online gambling services is illegal or restricted under applicable law.

Account Eligibility

In order to register and maintain an Account on the tvtoto Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your membership:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. tvtoto strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all registered players. This is non-negotiable and applies to all users regardless of jurisdiction. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2. You must be acting as an individual and opening the Account on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party, company, or organisation.
3. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited under applicable local, national, or international law.
4. You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or contractor of tvtoto, or a close family member of such a person.
5. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion or cooling-off period imposed by tvtoto or any third-party responsible gambling body.
6. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law and must not be acting under any legal disability.

Account Registration & KYC Verification

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the tvtoto Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You must keep this information current and notify tvtoto promptly of any changes.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, tvtoto will require completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. You will be required to submit:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of your Malaysian IC (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued photo ID.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months confirming your registered residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Where applicable, evidence that the payment method used belongs to you (e.g., a screenshot of your registered e-wallet, bank account in your name).

tvtoto aims to complete standard KYC review within 15 to 30 minutes of document submission during business hours. Accounts that fail KYC verification or submit fraudulent documentation will be permanently suspended and the matter reported to the relevant authorities.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the tvtoto Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). tvtoto supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Malaysian players:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• Boost eWallet
• GrabPay
• DuitNow (QR and transfer)
• FPX (online banking)
• Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT)

Minimum Deposit: RM 30 (or the equivalent in cryptocurrency at the current exchange rate). Minimum deposit thresholds may differ by payment method.

Minimum Withdrawal: RM 30 for e-wallets; RM 100 for bank transfers. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to minimum network values. Maximum daily withdrawal limits are determined by your membership tier.

Processing Times: E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfers (DuitNow/FPX) are processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 15 to 45 minutes subject to network confirmation times. Delays may occur during peak processing periods or where additional verification is required.

Withdrawals will, where possible, be returned to the same payment method used to make the deposit. tvtoto reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Players must have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds prior to withdrawing.

Bonuses & Promotions

tvtoto offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specifically stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms:

1. Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified at the time of issuance. Standard wagering requirements range from 10x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion. Players must meet these requirements in full before any portion of the bonus-derived balance may be withdrawn.
2. Game Contribution: Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live dealer games, table games, and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
3. Expiry: All bonuses are subject to an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain unwagered upon expiry will be forfeited without notice.
4. Bonus Abuse: tvtoto reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay intent.
5. One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously. Certain promotional offers may not be combined.
6. Maximum Cashout: Some bonuses carry a maximum cashout limit. Any winnings above this limit that are derived from bonus funds will be forfeited at the time of withdrawal.

tvtoto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a Player's Account will continue to be subject to the terms applicable at the time of credit.

Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games and betting markets available on the tvtoto Platform are governed by individual game rules which are accessible within each game interface. The following general rules apply across all gaming activities:

• All slot game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). All live dealer games are conducted by professionally trained dealers under controlled conditions. Game outcomes are final once the game round is completed.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change prior to the settlement of any market. In-play (live) odds change in real-time and the odds displayed at the time of bet placement constitute the agreed odds for that wager.
• tvtoto reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including but not limited to incorrect odds published due to technical error, or bets placed on markets that should not have been available.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game round or betting event, tvtoto will apply its best efforts to restore the relevant session. Where restoration is not possible, wagers will be refunded at tvtoto's discretion.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These are displayed within the game interface or betting slip.
• tvtoto does not offer credit facilities. All wagers must be funded from an existing real-money Account Balance.

Football betting on tvtoto covers a wide range of markets including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, and international fixtures. UFC and combat sports markets are also available. All markets are subject to standard sporting event terms and may be suspended or voided in line with governing body rulings.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tvtoto Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances (real-money and bonus), and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one tvtoto Account, whether in your own name or under any other identity.
• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Money Laundering: Using the tvtoto Platform to facilitate or conceal the proceeds of criminal activity. tvtoto maintains active anti-money laundering (AML) procedures and reports suspicious activity as required.
• Collusion: Collaborating or communicating with other players during a game round in a manner that provides an unfair advantage, particularly in live poker or live dealer games.
• Use of Bots or Automated Software: Using any automated software, artificial intelligence tool, algorithm, or script to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploitation of System Errors: Deliberately taking advantage of software bugs, pricing errors, or technical malfunctions on the Platform. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment disputes on deposits made to your tvtoto Account. Such actions will result in immediate suspension and legal recovery proceedings.
• Underage Access: Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access your Account or use your login credentials in any capacity.

Intellectual Property

All content on the tvtoto Platform, including but not limited to the tvtoto brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, promotional materials, and audiovisual elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of tvtoto or its licensed suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any Platform content without the prior written consent of tvtoto.

Any unauthorised use of tvtoto's intellectual property will result in immediate account suspension and may give rise to legal claims for damages, injunctive relief, and recovery of legal costs.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tvtoto's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tvtoto shall not be liable for any:

• Loss of profits, revenue, savings, or business opportunity;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Indirect, consequential, incidental, or special losses;
• Losses arising from reliance on information published on the Platform;
• Losses arising from force majeure events, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, acts of government, natural disasters, or third-party service disruptions.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tvtoto makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from security vulnerabilities. While tvtoto takes reasonable steps to maintain platform integrity and security, no online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Responsible Gambling

tvtoto is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to all players seriously. The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. We strongly encourage all players to gamble within their financial means and to be aware of the risks associated with gambling.

tvtoto provides the following responsible gambling tools free of charge to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you after a specified period of continuous gameplay.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (1 to 30 days) to take a break from gambling.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the tvtoto Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Personal data collected during registration, KYC verification, and Platform usage is processed for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. tvtoto does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Players have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data subject to applicable legal obligations (including our AML record-keeping requirements). Data-related requests may be submitted via the contact details set out in Clause 15 below.

Amendments to These Terms

tvtoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their Account, or by prominent notice on the Platform, no less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised whenever changes are made. Your continued use of the tvtoto Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform before the effective date of the changes.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them (whether contractual or non-contractual), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tvtoto holds its applicable gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and tvtoto, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting our customer support team (contact details in Clause 15). tvtoto aims to resolve all disputes fairly and within 10 business days of receiving a formal complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, the matter may be referred to the relevant regulatory authority or adjudication body with jurisdiction over tvtoto's licensed operations. Formal legal proceedings shall only be commenced after the internal dispute resolution process has been exhausted.
